What is OZRIC?

OZRIC is a private intelligence — an autonomous AI employee installed on a dedicated Mac for one operator alone. You reach it through two surfaces: an iOS app for voice, triage and approvals on the move, and a design-first Mac desktop interface for deeper work — campaigns, drafts, memory recall, agent tasks, the day plan. Two voices, OZRIC and OCTAVIA, refined through hours of in-house voice testing. Onboarding is by invitation.

Is OZRIC an agentic operating system?

Yes. OZRIC is an agentic operating system — an AI that acts on your behalf across the tools your business runs on, rather than only answering questions. It is the step after chatbots and large-language-model assistants: a chatbot responds; an agentic operating system executes — drafting, booking, paying, posting, and reporting back, done.

Is OZRIC a business operating system?

Yes. OZRIC functions as a business operating system (business OS): one private system that runs email, advertising, documents, commerce and day-to-day operations for a single business, on its own dedicated Mac. It is the AI infrastructure that runs a company — not a tab you open to ask a question.

Is OZRIC an AI employee?

Yes. OZRIC is best described as an AI employee: an autonomous worker installed on a dedicated Mac for one operator alone. It acts across your stack, remembers with dates and sources, triages your inbox, drafts in your tone, runs your ads and commerce, and never logs off.

Is OZRIC only an iOS app, or is there a Mac interface?

Both. OZRIC has two surfaces. The iOS app is for voice capture, triage, and approvals on the move. The Mac desktop interface is the design-first room where a CEO actually runs their OZRIC AI install — campaigns, drafts, memory recall, agent tasks, daily orchestration, on the dedicated Mac that hosts the estate. Same intelligence, two surfaces, signed in to one operator alone.

What are OZRIC and OCTAVIA?

OZRIC is the canonical voice of the system — calm, measured, masculine. OCTAVIA is its feminine counterpart. Both quietly refined in-house on studio-grade audio. Operators pick the voice they prefer; the underlying intelligence is the same, the persona is the difference. Both are private, hardware-bonded to your estate, and not exposed to anyone else's installation.

How is OZRIC different from a chatbot like ChatGPT?

Chatbots open. OZRIC runs. A chatbot answers when asked; OZRIC acts before you ask. A chatbot forgets between tabs; OZRIC remembers — with dates, sources, and what's changed since. The category is not better conversation. The category is an operator who never logs off.

What does “hardware-bonded” actually mean?

Each OZRIC installation is paired to a dedicated Mac mini or MacBook that runs the full OZRIC AI System for one operator alone. Your data lives on your hardware. The iOS app and the Mac desktop interface are signed-in surfaces into that machine. There is no shared cloud tenancy, no multi-tenant database, and no third party reading your messages by default. The Mac is the estate; the phone and the desktop are the doors into it.

What models does OZRIC use?

OZRIC routes across the world's leading AI models behind the scenes, picking the right one for each task — and falls back to private on-device models for anything sensitive. You never pick a model; the system picks. Routing is bias-aware, cost-aware, and latency-aware. Operators stop thinking about models. The point of OZRIC is that you don't need to.

Privacy & data handling

Is my data private? What about GDPR?

Yes. Zero data leaves your estate by default. OZRIC AI LIMITED is UK Companies House registered (17241218). Onboarding is white-glove and includes a bespoke privacy + GDPR review. We are UK-based, our infrastructure is UK/EU-hosted, and our standard privacy policy supports right-of-access, erasure, portability, and objection requests.

What happens if I leave or want my data back?

You take everything with you. The Mac that runs your estate is yours; we hand it over with all data, configs, and the running system at the end of the engagement. We retain nothing about your operations beyond the standard accounting record. Subject access and erasure requests are honoured per UK GDPR within thirty days.

Can OZRIC make decisions or send messages without me?

Only what you authorise. Every operator picks their own approval floor. Some run it on full-autonomy with weekly digests; some keep every outbound message on a human-gate queue. The default is human-gated for anything outbound to a third party (email, message, payment) and full-autonomy for anything internal (drafts, triage, summary). You can adjust at any time.

Who is OZRIC for?

OZRIC is for founders, executives, and HNW operators who treat their attention as the asset it is. People with too much going on for a chatbot to be a serious answer, and enough at stake that consumer SaaS is not the right risk profile. Onboarding is by application — we accept a small number of operators each quarter.

When can I get OZRIC?

OZRIC is in invitation-only beta in 2026. Request an invitation at ozric.ai — we read every request and respond personally; there is no automated reply. We accept a small number of operators each quarter. The first cohort is Atelier 01 · Mayfair.

How long does onboarding take?

Two to four weeks from accepted application to a fully-running estate. Week 1 is the discovery interview, the Mac provisioning, and the inventory of your stack. Week 2 is the system installation, your voice clone, and the integration sweep. Weeks 3–4 are the live shadowing where OZRIC runs alongside you while we tune drafting tone and approval thresholds. By the end you do not open a chatbot tab again.

How does ongoing maintenance work?

Two ways, your choice. In person: an OZRIC AI engineer comes to your premises and works on your dedicated Mac directly — updates, expansions, fine-tuning, troubleshooting. Remotely: we connect to your Mac over a secure encrypted connection on your schedule and do the same work from our studio. You don't operate the system — we operate it for you, quietly, in the background. Maintenance is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

What does it cost?

OZRIC is not SaaS. It is an installation — bespoke, hardware-bonded, white-glove. Pricing is per-operator and includes a dedicated Mac, system installation, and onboarding. The beta is free for accepted operators in 2026; commercial pricing follows on launch. Pricing is shared on application, after we understand the operator's profile.

What can OZRIC actually do day-to-day?

Voice capture with locked-screen, hands-free operation. Inbox triage into Action / Waiting / Reference. Document drafting in your tone. Calendar shaping. Direct control of forty-plus integrated services — Gmail, your CRM, Meta Ads, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, Shopify, your accounting books. Can OZRIC run my Shopify store autonomously?

Yes, in beta. OZRIC is currently running Kurt Muller's Shopify store autonomously, twenty-four hours a day. Staff photograph new stock on a phone (hanger or flatlay) and hand the images off via email, AirDrop to the dedicated MacBook, or a watched Google Drive folder — OZRIC does the rest: cleans the photography, writes brand-voice product copy, creates the Shopify listing, prices against the catalogue, generates the matching image and video ads, drops them into the active Meta campaign, and reports the result the next morning. The founder reviews and approves on a single Mac desktop view, daily.

Can OZRIC integrate with my existing stack?

Almost certainly. We currently support forty-plus services natively — Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Stripe, Shopify (read + write), Klaviyo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, Pabau, Xero, and the major calendar / inbox / file-store providers. Custom integrations to bespoke or in-house tools are part of the onboarding.

What languages does OZRIC speak?

OZRIC reads, drafts, and speaks in any major language; in-tone drafting is currently optimised for English (UK and US), Arabic, French, and Spanish. Voice transcription supports forty-plus languages and most accents. Operator-tone calibration is done in the user's primary working language.

Who built OZRIC?

OZRIC AI Limited — a UK AI systems studio founded and solely directed by Romaan Sheikh, with Dale Boyles as acting CTO. Companies House registered (17241218), May 2026. The work behind OZRIC has been building production AI systems for UK businesses across fostering, aesthetic medicine, jewellery, womenswear wholesale, smart-home design, and HNW PA verticals since 2023. OZRIC is the consumer-facing flagship.

What proof exists that the underlying system works?

Four named UK case studies on the record at ozric.ai/proof. Just Foster — five weeks of Meta campaign filled the qualified-carer quota for almost the year that followed. MK Iconic Solutions — a complete cutting-edge website for the UK's leading Control4 Gold Dealer.
