Who is building OZRIC

OZRIC AI (OZRIC AI) is a small, founder-led AI systems studio based in Greater London. We build hardware-bonded AI estates for operators — founders, executives, and HNW principals — who treat their attention as the asset it is. Every system we ship is paired to dedicated hardware, runs against a single operator's data, and is built to be handed over with everything intact at the end of the engagement.

We are UK Companies House registered (17241218). Our infrastructure is UK and EU-hosted. Our default privacy posture is GDPR-defensible: your data lives on your hardware, our standard policy supports right-of-access and erasure, and there is no shared-tenant database by design.

OZRIC AI Limited was founded by Romaan Sheikh — its sole director — and registered with UK Companies House (17241218) in May 2026. Its technology is led by Dale Boyles, acting CTO and the engineer behind OZRIC's development. The creative and engineering work that became OZRIC began in 2023: the team has shipped production AI systems across fostering, aesthetic medicine, jewellery, womenswear wholesale, smart-home design, and high-net-worth PA verticals before turning the same playbook into the consumer-facing flagship — OZRIC.

Why we built it

For three years the AI conversation has been about chatbots. Every new model release was a tab to open, a window to interrogate, an intelligence with no memory of the last one. Operators adapted by becoming librarians of context — pasting the same instructions into the same fresh tab every morning, restating last week's decisions, restoring the working memory the model arrived without.

That model is over. Not because the underlying intelligence stopped getting better — it is extraordinary — but because the form factor was always wrong. A tab is a tool. A tool waits to be picked up. The work of running a business does not wait.

OZRIC is a different category. We call it an estate. An autonomous AI employee, installed on a dedicated Mac, with persistent memory that carries dates and provenance, controlling the operator's full stack — inbox, calendar, CRM, ad accounts, fulfilment, finance — through two surfaces. iOS for voice, triage and approvals on the move. A design-first Mac desktop interface for deeper work — campaigns, drafts, memory recall, agent tasks, the day plan. Same intelligence, two doors, one estate.

How we maintain it

OZRIC is an installation, not a SaaS, and so is the engineering behind it. We maintain every operator's estate ourselves, in two modes you choose between week to week. In person: an OZRIC AI engineer comes to your premises and works on your dedicated Mac directly — updates, expansions, fine-tuning, troubleshooting. Remotely: we connect to your Mac over a secure encrypted connection on your schedule and do the same work from our studio. You don't operate the system; we operate it for you, quietly, in the background. Maintenance is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

The memory underneath runs in depth, not as a single transcript. It holds the rules that must never drift, recalls by meaning rather than keyword, knows how the people and projects in your world connect, and answers "what changed since?" with a date. Most chatbots stop at the transcript. We go further because operators — unlike one-off consumer queries — ask "when did this change?" all the time.

The system already runs

Four named UK case studies on the record. Just Foster — five weeks of Meta campaign filled the qualified-carer quota for almost the year that followed. MK Iconic Solutions — a complete cutting-edge website for the UK's leading Control4 Gold Dealer. Kurt Muller — a brand-new Meta ad account, a three-month campaign coinciding with a 50% Shopify sales lift at 3.0 ROAS, and OZRIC now in beta running their entire Shopify store autonomously. LoveYours Collection — a brand, website, design language, Pixel + CAPI, Meta ads campaign, and creative engine built and run end-to-end by OZRIC. Measured outcomes on real clients. The brand is new; the system is not.

Where we are based

OZRIC AI operates from Greater London, United Kingdom. Our first beta cohort, Atelier 01 · Mayfair, is based there. Onboarding can be remote or in-person; the Mac that hosts your estate is shipped to your address of choice. The team is UK-based; our infrastructure is UK and EU-hosted; our legal jurisdiction is England & Wales.
