OZRIC AI Limited is a single-founder company — founded, wholly owned, and solely directed by Romaan Sheikh — incorporated in England & Wales (Companies House 17241218) in May 2026, based in Greater London. Romaan owns the build — AI architecture, iOS, the deployment plane — and the structure: ownership, legal, commercial, partnerships, the HNW network.
Onboarding is founder-led end to end: Romaan runs the technical install on the operator's Mac, the privacy review, the engagement letter, and the relationship.
