How OZRIC AI is structured

OZRIC AI Limited is a single-founder company — founded, wholly owned, and solely directed by Romaan Sheikh — incorporated in England & Wales (Companies House 17241218) in May 2026, based in Greater London. Dale Boyles is acting CTO and owns the build: AI architecture, iOS, the deployment plane. Romaan owns the structure — ownership, legal, commercial, partnerships, the HNW network.

Onboarding is co-led operationally: Dale runs the technical install on the operator's Mac; Romaan, as founder and director, runs the privacy review, the engagement letter, and the relationship.
