Six cases,
on the record.
The system that becomes OZRIC already runs. Below: six named UK cases. Just Foster — five weeks of Meta campaign filled the qualified-carer quota for almost the year that followed. MK Iconic Solutions — a complete cutting-edge website for the UK's leading Control4 Gold Dealer. Kurt Muller — a brand-new ad account opened by OZRIC AI, three months of campaign coinciding with a 50% Shopify sales lift at a 3.0 ROAS, and OZRIC now in beta running their entire Shopify store autonomously. LoveYours Collection — a brand, site, Pixel + CAPI, Meta API, ads campaign and creative engine built and run end-to-end by OZRIC. Amaya Lala — a creator’s whole brand, site and outreach, built end-to-end by OZRIC. Innately Halal — a supplement brand whose site, branding, Instagram and interactive 3D product pages were built by OZRIC.
The numbers, plainly
- Client: Just Foster — UK fostering agency, custom CRM, 14-stage qualification pipeline. Founder-operated.
- Campaign window: Five weeks, late Q1 2025 through April 2025.
- Channel: Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), warm + cold audiences, UK-only targeting.
- Output: Sufficient qualified-carer applicants to fill the agency's recruitment quota for the calendar year that followed.
- Pipeline retention: Two-stage automated qualification (lead-level filter + agency-CRM enrichment) running daily on the Mac mini that hosted the Just Foster estate.
This is the strongest claim OZRIC currently owns. We say it quietly because we will say it often. It is the one number an investor, a cofounder, a prospective operator can pin OZRIC against when the brand is six months old and the noise floor is loud.
What actually happened
Just Foster came to OZRIC AI with a recruitment problem common across UK fostering: qualified carers are scarce, the qualification process is long (14 stages, weeks of paperwork, statutory checks), and paid-media budgets get spent on lead volume that never makes it through stage 4. The agency had a working CRM but no way to convert Meta-ad spend into a sustainable qualified-applicant pipeline.
We built two stages into a single automated system, hosted on a Mac mini provisioned for Just Foster alone:
- Stage 1 — Lead-level qualification. Every Meta ad submission was scored against the 14-stage CRM's gate criteria, before the form data ever reached a human at the agency. Out went demographic mismatches, geography mismatches, and the standard recruitment-bot noise.
- Stage 2 — Campaign analysis. Daily ingestion of the Meta Ads Manager export plus the agency's own CRM data, joined on the lead identifier, generating a single report that named which creatives, audiences, and placements were producing applicants who passed stage 7+ rather than just stage 1.
The result was that the agency could pivot creative spend toward audiences and creatives that produced qualified applicants, not just any applicants — weekly, with confidence, while the campaign was still live. Meta's own data showed a steep efficiency curve from week 2 onward as the system learned which audiences converged to qualification.
Five weeks in, the founder closed the campaign because the pipeline was full enough to carry the agency through the rest of the calendar year. The system kept running on the agency's Mac mini after the spend stopped — passively scoring inbound organic traffic against the same 14-stage criteria, building the next year's reservoir without another pound of paid spend.
The system that produced this
The same architecture is what becomes OZRIC. The Mac mini that hosted Just Foster's estate is the same hardware-bonded shape every OZRIC installation takes — one machine, one operator, one estate, no shared tenancy. The 14-stage qualification logic was encoded as structured prompts plus deterministic rules, drafted in plain markdown that a non-technical operator could read and edit.
The journal essay Memory With Dates walks through the underlying four-layer memory architecture that let the system answer "which carer applicants this week match the profile of the ones who passed stage 7 last quarter?" without any of the data leaving the agency's own machine.
The fuller case-study writeup — with the campaign-week breakdown, the creative pivots, and the qualification math — is at A Year of Carers in Five Weeks (essay). This page is the index card. The journal essay is the working out.
What this proves and what it does not
It proves that the system that OZRIC consumer-facingly fronts has produced a measurable outcome on a real UK business in a regulated vertical. The campaign happened. The agency exists. The quota was filled. The numbers are not modelled.
It does not prove that every operator who installs OZRIC will see the same compression. Outcomes will track the operator's market, the quality of the underlying creative, and the operational rigour they bring. We do not promise replicas of the Just Foster result. We promise the system that produced it, installed for one operator at a time, with the same hardware-bonded privacy posture the agency had.
Case 02 · MK Iconic Solutions · Cutting-edge website & tech stackA complete cutting-edge build for a Control4 Gold Dealer.
MK Iconic Solutions — the UK's leading Control4 Gold Dealer, designing and installing fully integrated smart-home systems for HNW clients and their architects. High revenue. High ticket. Highly technical. The brief: a website that reads like the work it sells — design-first, pixel-perfect, every interaction considered, every signal in place for AI search engines, traditional SEO, and Meta-funded growth.
What we built for MKIC
- 12-page luxury site — home, services, projects, design studio, about, blog, testimonials, booking, contact, and the full legal layer (privacy, terms, accessibility). Each page schema-bound for AI engines.
- Design-first composition — bespoke restraint-tone register against the Control4 dealer category's noisy default. Pixel-precise grid, custom motion curves, locked typographic scale, dark + light themes wired to
prefers-color-scheme. - The Design Studio — the party piece. Interactive room-by-room configurator with live scene switching (evening / full-system / night), real-time investment pricing, and a full Control4 / Lutron / Sonance spec sheet that updates as the user toggles modules. Reads as a serious tool, not a brochure.
- AI-search + GEO + traditional-SEO triple-stack — full schema.org coverage (Organization, Service, Project, Person, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), llms.txt for citability, robots.txt with explicit AI-crawler allowlist, sitemap.xml, IndexNow ping, Wikidata cross-reference. Built so the site indexes before public launch rather than three months after.
- Meta Pixel + CAPI wired with GDPR-defensible consent flow. Server-side dedup target 85%+ match quality, ready for Meta-funded growth from launch day.
- Future-proof tech stack — Next.js + Tailwind + view transitions + native lazy-loading + AVIF/WebP image stack + Cloudflare Pages edge delivery + Brotli + immutable asset caching. Lighthouse 89/100 pre-handoff.
- Built using the OZRIC AI System (OZRIC toolchain) — the same hardware-bonded estate that produced the Just Foster result above. The site you see was drafted, refined, schema-validated, and pixel-QA'd through the OZRIC workflow on a single dedicated Mac.
What this proves about OZRIC AI / OZRIC
The MKIC build is the design-and-engineering twin of the Just Foster case. JF proved the system produces measurable operational outcomes on a regulated UK business. MKIC proves it produces best-in-category technical work for a high-ticket, design-discerning client whose own clientele expects nothing less. Same hardware, same architecture, two completely different verticals — both shipped to a standard the operators chose to put their name on.
Case 03 · Kurt Muller · First paid campaign · Shopify autopilot betaMKIC is built by an engineer, not a salesman. Love Yours Media built us a website that holds the same standard — pixel-perfect, technically correct in every layer we tested, and the Design Studio closes pre-consult enquiries before I get on the phone. They matched our engineering and our brand. That is rare.
— Mujtaba Khokhar · Founder & Managing Director, MK Iconic Solutions
Three months of campaign. Fifty per cent more sales.
Kurt Muller — a UK womenswear wholesale brand — came to OZRIC AI having never run paid media. We opened a brand-new Meta ad account, built and shipped image ads created by early-alpha OZRIC, and ran their first ever paid campaign for three months. The campaign coincided with a 50% increase in Shopify sales over that window, on a 3.0 ROAS, against a cold account with no pixel history.
The numbers, plainly
- Client: Kurt Muller — UK womenswear wholesale brand. Family-run. First time on paid social.
- Ad account: Brand-new Meta ad account opened by OZRIC AI. Zero pixel history at start. Zero prior creative tested.
- Campaign window: Three months · September 2025 – January 2026.
- Channel: Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), UK-targeted, image ads created by early-alpha OZRIC.
- Shopify sales lift: +50% over the campaign window vs. the equivalent prior period.
- Return on ad spend: 3.0x average across the three months — on a cold account, with creative produced and rotated by OZRIC.
- Email + outbound throughput: OZRIC built the automation flows and email engine. Monthly outbound volume rose by multiple thousands of percent versus pre-engagement baseline.
- Build provenance: kurtmullerb2b.com itself was built by OZRIC AI using early-alpha OZRIC as the production toolchain — brand presentation, photography direction, Shopify configuration, creative system.
What OZRIC now runs autonomously
Kurt Muller is the first commercial deployment of OZRIC as a full Shopify operator. The store is in active beta with OZRIC handling it autonomously, twenty-four hours a day. The intake workflow is the simplest one we have shipped:
- Staff input: KM staff take hanger or flatlay photographs of new stock on an iPhone or Android phone. Nothing else.
- Handoff — three accepted routes:
- Email the photos to OZRIC's dedicated inbox.
- AirDrop the photos to the dedicated MacBook OZRIC runs on.
- Upload the photos to a Google Drive folder OZRIC is watching.
- OZRIC from there: background-cleans the photography, writes the product copy in the brand voice, creates the Shopify product listing, prices it against the catalogue, generates the matching image ad and (where stock warrants) a video ad, drops the creative into the active Meta campaign as a new variant, and reports the result back the next morning.
- Human control: founder review on a single Mac desktop view — approve, edit, or veto each new product or creative in seconds. Daily, not hourly.
The point of the beta is to take a working e-commerce business and reduce the human input to the one thing only humans can do: photograph the new stock that just arrived. OZRIC does the rest.
What this proves
It proves OZRIC can take a UK e-commerce brand from zero paid media to commercially material outcomes (50% Shopify lift, 3.0 ROAS) in a single quarter, on a brand-new ad account with no prior creative or pixel history — and then graduate that brand into autonomous OZRIC-on-Shopify operation. The campaign window is on the record (September 2025 – January 2026). The store is public. The ad account exists. The numbers are not modelled.
Case 04 · LoveYours Collection · Brand built end-to-end by OZRICA brand built
end-to-end by OZRIC.
LoveYours Collection — a UK zodiac jewellery brand — is the cleanest end-to-end demonstration of what OZRIC can ship without a marketing department. Brand, website, Shopify, design language, full Meta Pixel + Conversions API + Meta Ads API, the campaigns themselves, and the creative engine that feeds them — all built and run by OZRIC on a single dedicated Mac.
What OZRIC shipped for LYC
- Brand & design language — name, logo, palette, typographic system, the editorial moodboard. Defined and locked through OZRIC before a single page was built.
- Shopify storefront — full theme build, product taxonomy (zodiac · sterling silver · Swarovski), checkout configuration, post-purchase flow.
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API + Meta Ads API — wired end-to-end. Server-side event dedup, GDPR-defensible consent flow, and direct campaign control via the Meta API so OZRIC launches and pauses ads without a human inside Ads Manager.
- The Meta ads campaign itself — planned, structured, and run by OZRIC. Audiences, budgets, dayparting, creative rotation — all OZRIC-owned.
- The creative engine — image ads, video ads, UGC — produced inside the OZRIC pipeline and pushed live to the active campaign.
- Image ads — concept, generation, brand-voice copy, sized for every Meta placement.
- UGC ads — OZRIC-directed creative briefs run against in-house and partner creators.
- Video ads — in-house models shot by OZRIC AI on calibrated Sony / RME-grade audio rigs, raw footage handed to OZRIC, which produces the high-end edits and ad cuts. Humans hold the camera; OZRIC edits the video.
What this proves
LYC is the closed loop. Just Foster proved OZRIC can run paid media against a regulated lead pipeline. MK Iconic proved the technical and design ceiling. Kurt Muller proved OZRIC can lift a cold ad account into commercial returns and graduate into autonomous Shopify operation. LYC proves OZRIC can start a brand — from no name and no website — and operate it. A brand whose entire commercial surface (product, creative, pixels, campaign, edits) runs on OZRIC is the upper bound of what the system is capable of today. Owned by OZRIC AI, on the record, public.

Case 05 · Amaya Lala · A creator brand built by OZRICAn entire creator
brand, built by OZRIC.
Amaya Lala is a UK UGC creator whose brand was built end-to-end by OZRIC — the website below, its visual language, and the outreach that books the work. A warm, editorial world away from this one, shipped by the same system.
What this proves
The four cases above are businesses OZRIC markets for, builds, or runs. Amaya Lala is that same capability pointed at one person: OZRIC can stand up an entire personal brand — site, voice, look, and the outreach that sells it — and keep it running. This site is warm, serif, hand-set; OZRIC’s own is dark and architectural. Same engine, any house style.
“Amaya Lala is a UK UGC creator whose entire brand — website, visual language, and client outreach — was built and is run end-to-end by OZRIC.”
Case 06 · Innately Halal · Brand, website & 3D product pages built by OZRICA product brand,
built to the last detail.
Innately Halal is a UK halal supplement brand. Its whole commercial surface — the website, the brand identity, the Instagram presence, and even the interactive 3D product pages — was built by OZRIC. Below: the Barakah Pill homepage, exactly as it ships.
What this proves
Innately Halal closes the set: a physical-product brand whose look, words, storefront, social presence, and even its interactive 3D packaging were built by one system. Warm jewellery, editorial creator, clinical supplement, regulated fostering, smart-home design, womenswear — many house styles, one engine.
“Innately Halal is a UK halal supplement brand whose website, branding, Instagram presence, and interactive 3D product pages were built end-to-end by OZRIC.”
